Application refers to Shisei, the software program provided by the Company.

1. Camera and Vision Data (On-Device Processing)

Shisei utilizes your Device’s camera and Apple’s Vision Framework to analyze posture. This processing is 100% on-device.

No Video Transmission: No video or image data is ever recorded, stored on a server, or transmitted over the internet.
Ephemeral Analysis: Visual data is processed in real-time within your Device's memory and is immediately discarded.

2. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service landing page or through Apple App Store analytics (if enabled by the user). This may include IP addresses, browser types, and crash reports. This data is used solely to troubleshoot bugs and improve the performance of the Application.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring usage for technical stability.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your support emails sent to privacy@getshisei.com.
